If a valuation is not available, we are open to enterprises with revenues between S$7-30M

Repeated Sales or Recurring Revenue

>50% of the revenue is repeated or recurring from year to year

Growth 

Proven growth of >5% in revenue or net income over the last 3 years, with the exception of any COVID related impact

Positive Cashflow

Positive operating cashflow for the last 3 years, with the exception of any COVID related impact
