Goh Aik Chuan
Aik Chuan, founder and managing partner of Garlic Equity Capital, is a seasoned leader known for driving business growth and profitability in Southeast Asia. With a focus on strategic planning, marketing optimization, and effective organization design, he has successfully led regional and country businesses with >250 headcount at Uber and LingoAce (a Sequoia-backed Edutech), while achieving significant revenue and profitability milestones.

At the same time, inspired by his father's cardboard manufacturing factory and his grandfather's rice packaging business in Malaysia, Aik Chuan is empathetic towards the unique challenges in smaller businesses. He sees simple and logical daily improvements as the key to unlock value in businesses.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking delicious (and unhealthy) meals for his family of four and exploring Singapore on his motorcycle.
He is an alumni of Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore Management University, and INSEAD.
